Module 2 of 6 · 40 minutes
Find the work worth handing over
You do not need an AI strategy. Cafés, shops, and trades leak time in the same places — then you give the helper only that slice.
Monday
The inbox and the missed call.
Someone asked a question you have answered a hundred times. Someone called while you were with a customer. By supper the thread is cold. That delay is usually more expensive than the writing.
Hand over a first draft
Replies, recaps, “what to expect,” and a post built from a photo you already took. You still read it. You still hit send.
Keep the judgment
Pricing, hiring, medical or legal advice, promising a date you have not checked, and anything that would embarrass you on Main Street if it were wrong.
A useful test
If you would let a smart high-school student draft it — and you would still review it — it is a candidate. If only you can decide, leave it with you.
