Words that help people find you
Local people are not looking for a brand story. They want to know what you do, whether you are for them, and what happens next.
Homepage
One line a neighbour could repeat.
“Family haircuts in Ponoka, Thursday evenings too” beats “elevating your style journey.” If a visitor cannot say what you do after one sentence, the rest of the page will not save it.

A follow-up from a site visit
- Facts: measured the south fence, 40 feet, two gates, customer wanted stain not paint, earliest start after the long weekend.
- Ask: a short email that repeats the scope and the next step.
- You add the price. Do not let the helper invent one.
A post from facts
- Facts: new hours Tuesday–Saturday 8–3, soup is beef barley, kids’ grilled cheese is back.
- Ask: 60 words, no invented award, end with the hours.
- That is a Friday post.
A reminder that does not nag
- Facts: Thursday 2:10, please arrive with dry hair, 24-hour change notice.
- Ask: 40 words, warm, no guilt.
- If the tool adds a coupon you did not offer, delete it.
